“Absolutely loved our afternoon with Lynn. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. I loved hearing about the lacto fermentation process, and the benefits of eating fermented food. Lynn taught us so well that I feel confident in the safety of my ferments and to experiment with different recipes.
