This is a fun activity in Battersea, London

Join us for a fun Kintsugi Workshop where you can repair broken pottery with gold and create something beautiful together! This workshop is perfect for families and anyone looking to unwind, relax, and spend some quality time in a creative way. In this hands-on experience, you’ll have a chance to turn a broken piece of pottery into a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece of art, using gold to highlight the cracks and imperfections.

Enjoy a complimentary drink while our friendly instructor guides you through the easy and fun process, helping you add gold lacquer to your piece. You’ll get to customise your design and take home a beautiful, meaningful keepsake.

This workshop is all about having fun, relaxing, and embracing imperfections in a creative way. It’s a great way to spend time with loved ones, create something unique, and leave with a smile!

Pickup Policy:

We’ll happily keep your creations for 7 days after your workshop so you have time to collect them. After that, we’ll need to recycle or dispose of them to make space for new work.

How to find us:

1. Arrive at Art’Otel Battersea
2. Ask the concierge/reception team for Duende Lab
3. Take the lift down to floor -1 (minus one)
4. Turn left from the gym
5. Walk down the hallway past the sauna and treatment rooms
6. Our studio is at the end of the hallway with a sign on the door!

* Please note that kintsugi pieces are for decorative purposes only and should not be used for food or drink. Your piece will make a beautiful addition to your home or a unique holder for small treasures like jewellery.

We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Please be mindful: Duende Lab hosts multiple workshops throughout the day. By purchasing a ticket for this session, you acknowledge that other classes may be taking place in the studio at the same time.

Francesca and Vivi were so welcoming..they made me and Louise feel warm and comfortable. We knew nothing about Kintsugi and they explained it perfectly for us. The examples were great and they constantly reassured us. When things felt abit much they were there to support and help us. Lovely class and I would definitely recommend. We will be trying some of the other classes soon!

My boyfriend surprised me with this workshop and I absolutely loved it. The girls working here were super sweet and explained everything we needed to know. We also kept chatting throughout the experience and laughed a lot. I would love to come back again for another workshop.

Good explanation of the history and story behind the art. The instructions and guidance were clear and help was on hand when required. It was also fun smashing the bowls!
