This is a fun activity in Ealing, London
If your mind never seems to switch off, this is your permission to stop.
Lie back and be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as your body shifts from “doing” into deep rest. No meditation experience is needed, just come exactly as you are.
This relaxing sound bath experience in West London is designed to gently melt away stress, quiet an overactive mind and guide you into a state of deep calm. Bathed in healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more, your body is eased out of stress mode and into deep relaxation.
Many people drift into a dreamlike state or fall asleep completely and that's entirely normal. Think of it as a massage for your mind and nervous system.
This is for you if you feel mentally overloaded or burnt out, struggle to switch off or sleep well, want real rest rather than just another activity, or are simply curious about sound healing and have never tried it.
You don't need to be spiritual or experienced. Just come exactly as you are.
Many guests tell me they leave feeling mentally quieter, physically lighter and deeply rested, often saying they sleep better after the session and feel calmer for days afterwards.
Many people come on their own, so if you're booking solo you'll be in good company.
Please arrive a few minutes before the start time. Doors close promptly to protect the peaceful space for everyone.
All sessions are led by Louise, founder of Sound Sanctuary London. Louise is a diploma-qualified Sound Therapist who has delivered experiences for organisations including Sephora, L'Oréal and Chiswick Business Park.
Is this for me?
Absolutely. Whether it's your first sound bath or you've experienced one before, you're very welcome.
Is this for me?
• You don't need to know how to meditate.
• You don't have to "switch off" or clear your mind.
• Simply get comfortable, relax and let the sound do the work.
• Some people drift into a deep state of relaxation, while others remain awake throughout—both experiences are completely normal.
For one hour, there's nowhere else you need to be and nothing else expected of you. Simply lie back, relax and allow the sound to do the rest.
This session isn't suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or with epilepsy, severe heart conditions or severe mental health disorders such as schizophrenia.
