This is a fun activity in Brighton and Hove, Brighton
Join artist Laura Danby in her colourful Brighton studio for a joyful acrylic jewellery-making workshop! This special activity is being hosted in her creative space near Preston Circus as part of the Brighton Festival Open Houses.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to design and make your own unique acrylic jewellery. Drawing inspiration from Laura's 'Celestial Skies' collection, you'll get to:
- Choose from a gorgeous selection of colourful acrylic shapes and materials.
- Create a magical star and moon necklace.
- Make a charming sunshine brooch which looks great on a jacket lapel.
This creative activity is perfect for beginners, with absolutely no prior experience necessary. Laura will provide full guidance throughout the session, ensuring you have plenty of time to experiment with shapes and colours in a relaxed, inspiring environment. To keep things friendly and ensure everyone gets some personal attention, classes are kept small.
Discover the fun of assembling your own wearable art. You'll leave the workshop with beautiful jewellery pieces – 100% handmade by you – ready to wear, cherish, or gift to someone special. Please be aware that spaces for these two special Open House workshop sessions are limited.
