Calling all pie lovers! If you're wondering what to do on a weekday evening in Leicestershire and have a hankering for some hearty and delicious pies - you'll love this unique foodie experience!
This pork pie-making class goes beyond teaching you how to make a pie. It involves a talk on the history of Brockleby’s and the famous Melton Mowbray Pork Pie as well as a fun and engaging hands on session in our working bakery (which produces around 10, 000 pies a week!).
Whilst making your own pie, you'll have plenty of support and guidance from the experts themselves - so, don't worry if you're a beginner cook. There'll also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and gain on-hand help to make sure your creation turns out pie-fect.
At the end of this cooking class, you will take home your very own Melton Mowbray Pork Pie to bake at home.
