Fusion Fermentation Masterclass

Discover the magic of living, high-vibrational foods! Learn to craft gut-loving ferments and naturally fizzy probiotic drinks that energise your body, support your microbiome, and nourish your mind and spirit — all guided by Lynn, Raw Vegan Chef and Hippocrates Wellness Lifestyle Medicine Coach with over 30 years in the natural health field.

Step beyond the basics in this immersive, small-group masterclass. You’ll receive hands-on guidance, expert tips, and insights drawn from decades of experience in raw living, wellness, and high-vibrational nutrition. Every ferment and probiotic drink you make is a living, high-vibrational food designed to boost energy, vitality, and overall wellbeing.

Understanding the Microbiome — Beyond the Jar

In a dedicated session, Lynn will guide you through:

Gut microbiome — digestion, immunity, mood, cognition, and stress resilience.

Skin microbiome — barrier function, inflammation control, and healthy skin flora.

Environmental microbiome — how soil, air, and plants shape microbial diversity within us.

Why diversity matters — resilience, adaptability, and long-term vitality.

High-vibrational living foods — how including live, nutrient-dense ferments supports natural detoxification, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Practical strategies — integrating fermented foods and mindful environmental exposure for a body resistant to disease and capable of returning to health.

This knowledge forms the foundation for the ferments and probiotic drinks you’ll craft in class.

Loved the fermentation class with Lynn. We made sauerkraut, Kumchi and 3 liquid ferments. I particularly enjoyed the kumchi as I’ve longed to try it but often shop bought varieties are not vegetarian. It’s so easy once you know how!All ingredients provided by Lynn and were of good quality-organic where possible. We were also treated to some delicious snacks -all made by Lynn….and a taster of other classes available !
