Discover the magic of pottery in this 2-day mini clay course designed especially for your little ones. Our experienced tutors will guide them through various hand-building activities, the potter's wheel, and the art of decorating – all resulting in unique pieces to take home and cherish!
Day 1:
- Craft a clay animal portrait under expert guidance
- Experience the thrill of creating a pot on the potter's wheel
Day 2:
- Build a slab-based pencil pot with the option for adding textures
- Personalise your creations with colourful slip decorations
Throughout the workshop, your child will be immersed in the tactile joy of clay, experiencing the satisfaction of transforming it into beautiful art pieces. The course culminates in an exciting summer exhibition, set to showcase their masterpieces after the pieces are glazed and fired in our kiln.
The exhibition, scheduled for Friday 29th August, promises a delightful evening with a private viewing from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Witness your little artist's creations on display while mingling with fellow art enthusiasts. Cap off the event by taking home your child's finished pieces, along with a certificate to commemorate their artistic journey.

Recommended for ages 6-10, this pottery class is a fantastic opportunity for budding young artists to explore their creativity and bring home cherished keepsakes.
