The teacher was absolutely great: great delivery of the course, very fun, interactive and engaging. Lots of good tips going beyond the specific recipes involved. Very friendly help staff, happy to chat for as little or as long as needed. Great cerviche and quinoa salad recipes - exactly the sort of thing we were after from the course. I would have definitely given the class 5 stars because it was overall a great experience due to the fantastic staff and two exciting courses, but I really feel strongly that the arroz con leche was a bit pointless. I understand that it is an authentic dish, and that it means you can have a three course meal, but I don't think it's really interesting or challenging enough to warrant being part of the class. If there is a course that doesn't work, I'd really encourage the school to consider just adding something different and double up on one of the other courses as I think that most people I spoke to felt that it was sort of a bit of a waste of time on the course. Everything else was great
