This one-pot wonder originated in Valencia, where the dish is often made and served at home as a weekly communal meal for family and friends - and that’s something we can really get behind!
This paella workshop will not just teach you how to make this traditional treat, but will also help capture that fuzzy family feeling for yourself. So come and join us on a culinary voyage and learn how to make this delicious Spanish rice dish at this fun cooking class in London.
Beginning with a demonstration from one of The Avenue’s expert chefs, your class will learn about the ingredients, techniques and equipment needed to cook the perfect paella. Then it’ll be time to fire up that pan and start to cook your own paella! Our knowledgeable chef will be on hand to answer any questions, provide helpful hints and secrets to help you make the best paella you’ve ever tasted.
When your rice is finished cooking, and the mouthwatering aromas of this delectable dish are almost unbearable, it’ll finally be time for you to sit down together with new friends and indulge in your Spanish feast!
