Richard was a fantastic teacher, really made it simple and straightforward whilst also giving some fantastic insights into theory / techniques to use. The end result was also one of the most delicious curries I’ve made myself. I’d highly recommend the course for anyone wanting to nail how to do a great curry.

This was a great cookery session! The instructor was fun, engaging, extremely knowledgable and was great at explaining what we were doing and why. The result was a lovely Jalfrezi - nicest I've ever tasted, even if I do say so myself :)

The class was fun but would have liked more talk about the spices and volume of each spice. I know how to cut up and onion and ginger what I really wanted to learn was what spices to use and when. The chef / trainer was good but we missed out on prepping the chickedn and how it was marinated. The guy called Alex who helped on the table I cooked at was excellent, very helpful and always checking if you are doing ok, top man.
