What better way to get ready for winter and make your own lampshade for those cosy nights in. Alison will show you how to make a drum lampshade. Bring along 1 metre wide x half-metre fabric of your own choice, ideally cotton or linen fabric. The cost of the workshop is £40, which must be paid in full to reserve a place. The cost of the workshop includes 30cm drum lampshade kit, use of equipment, tuition, and light refreshments.
- There is an option to make two 20cm diameter matching lampshades at an additional cost of £10, or a 40cm diameter lampshade, at an incremental cost of £6, paid in cash on the day. This is instead of making the 30cm diameter lampshade included in the cost of the workshop.
- Note: if you have any special dietary requirements then please bring your own refreshments.
The workshop is deliberately kept small to ensure that one-to-one tuition can be provided. The workshop must be paid in full when booking and it is non-refundable or transferable. The workshop is upstairs above Face Facts Aesthetics on Park View and there is no lift.
