Please note that all young people under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of this class.

We loved the class with Carlo today and he crammed so much into our 2.5 hours. We learned some of the fundamental steps in making cakes and breads. We also learned some tips and tricks when things go wrong or how to substitute ingredients if you don't have everything that you need for a recipe at home. We all worked together to make different items and Carlo was very helpful and his knowledge and passion for cooking was apparent throughout. He also did well to relate to and encourage my 2 teenage children to take part. My only suggestion is to let people know it's a pretty cold room, so layer up accordingly and copies of recipes would be a great thing to have to take away at the end of the lesson.
