The co-founder Darren ran our mini terrarium workshop on the 16th November and may I say he was delightful, attentive and enthusiastic about his craft as well as his wine selection. The Blaauwklippen blend was fantastic! The workshop was well structured and easy to follow even for a first timer like myself. Darren definitely put his own flair to it, telling the history behind how terrariums came about and giving reasoning behind the materials we were putting in our terrariums. The set up felt cosy and it was interesting to hear that AI was used to influence the look of the shop. Thank you for this wonderful experience Darren.

I didn’t make it because of the train cancellation. But I couldn’t get any reschedule and refund. Unfortunately, very poor experience.

A Wonderful Hands-On Experience! The session was not only fun and creative, but also incredibly relaxing. Darren was friendly, informative, and made the whole process extremely easy to follow — even for non-gardeners like me. All the materials were beautifully organized, and we had a great selection of plants, moss, stones, and decorations to personalize our terrariums. I loved learning about the layers and how to care for the tiny ecosystem we created. It was such a satisfying, hands-on activity, and I walked away with a lovely little piece of nature to brighten up my home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a creative outlet, a fun group activity, or just a peaceful break from the usual routine. We'll definitely be back for another session!

I had the most amazing time at the terrarium class, I was really apprehensive before as it was booked for a friends birthday and it isn’t usually my type of thing to do however it was honestly so relaxing and just really really good to do something completely out of the norm for me. Darren was amazing, super informative and just a genuinely lovely person :) I would recommend this to absolutely anyone, I will be coming back for another x

I enjoyed making the terrariums and Darren was very good at explaining and demonstrating each step. The historical aspect was interesting too, although I felt that it really lacked any awareness of naming the colonial context.
