Great workshop, attended for a hen do. Had a great time and the team were very accommodating. The venue was beautiful, great wines on offer. Theo explained and demonstrated everything really well, happy to leave with our beautiful terrariums!

Love the class! Came in on a Sunday in miserable weather and instantly felt such a positive and welcoming vibe after getting there. Host was very warm and welcoming. Throughout the whole session, in between learning how to make a terrarium and getting hands on with plant and soil, the host gave some really interesting history on terrarium. It was great fun!

This was really a very fun experience! I loved learning about the history of Terrariums, a fascinating piece of British scientific discoveries during the golden age of Darwin and friends. The Terrarium itself came out really nice, in size and composition, honestly much better than I thought: there is plenty of elements to choose from, and our teacher shared very mindful tips.

I had a great time at the botanical boys terrarium workshop. Darren was great. He taught us so much about the history and context behind terrariums and gave some good tips on how to maintain our terrariums. Great fun, would recommend.

I had such an incredible time at the terrarium-making workshop with Botanical Boys, taught by Dan! He was absolutely amazing – patient, knowledgeable, and so passionate about what he does. Not only did he teach us clever little tricks to create our own unique, personalised miniature gardens, but he also shared fascinating bits of history about terrariums, which made the experience even more special. Dan went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great experience – when I accidentally snapped the top of my terrarium, he kindly gave me a brand-new one without hesitation! He also shared brilliant tips to help keep our plants healthy and thriving long after the workshop, which gave me so much confidence. The whole session was hands-on, creative, and such a joy. I left feeling inspired, relaxed, and so proud of my little living creation. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone – whether you’re a plant lover or a complete beginner – you’ll have a wonderful time and leave with something truly beautiful.

I have never built or owned a Terrarium but this class was excellent. We were given some history on them, which was interesting and then guided very well through creating our own. (I think the class was lead by Darren). He was very patient and friendly and really managed so well to keep the group of 12 all progressing together. It was enjoyable to sit and see the different creative results everyone achieved. Choice of materials superb. And I was very happy with my finished product. Highly recommend this class whether you are a single looking for something on a weekend or a couple looking for a fun date. (Drinks and snacks were available to purchase for those that wanted). The space they have for creating is superb and adds to the ambiance of the activity.
