Let your child enjoy a wonderfully fun pottery wheel class at our Pottery Studio LDN in North Greenwich. This 1.5-hour workshop is the perfect activity for kids to get hands-on with the exciting craft of clay.
Designed for children aged 9–14 years, this engaging class teaches young potters how to shape, mould, and create beautiful pottery using a real pottery wheel. Our friendly, experienced instructors will guide your child through all the basics of wheel throwing – from centering the clay to forming bowls, cups, and other creative shapes. We provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment with small classes to ensure plenty of encouragement and hands-on instruction.
Please note that an adult must accompany children at all times during the session.
This workshop includes:
- Step-by-step instruction on how to use the pottery wheel
- All the clay, tools, glazes, and kiln firing
- Your child's favourite pot, fired and glazed, with any extra pots available to keep for £5 each
The finished pottery pieces will be ready to collect in up to 6 weeks
