Had a great class with oir teacher, Marius. We're slowly but surely eating our way through the pickles and jams we made and they're all delicious. We were also blessed with some wonderful anecdotes from Marious who very clearly absolutely adores food and his passion was contagious. Highly recommend this class.

Had an absolute blast doing this class, I got to learn a lot of information on different preserving techniques and the teachers were helpful and very knowledgeable. The class itself was quite relaxed and we got to take home the stuff we made, would definitely do another class here

I arrived rather skeptical about Bento's offering because my wife had attended two sewing themed classes and had been very disappointed with not only the content but also the presenter. The potential for gloom was soon lifted. The presenter (Kylee) is very engageing as well as extremely knowledgable about her subject. She answered questions and shared her knowledge for three hours while helping those attending to make the following: fermented red cabbage, pickled onion/carrots, plum jam, and a mixed fruit/veg chutney. I met some very nice interesting people, learned alot, and generally had a great time. I also came home with four jars my own produce! (image attached)
