We made the most amazing sushi! Thanks so much Simon for a wonderful birthday evening full of laughs, sushi and homemade goodies. Simon taught us all about the history of sushi, showed us how to make it with accessible ingredients and gave us so much knowledge we will use in our kitchen going forward! I can't wait to try more of your classes

A great Sunday morning spent making sushi with my boyfriend which I purchased as a gift for his birthday. The class was fun and we made lots of tasty sushi, maki and nigiri and also we had tea tasting which was very interesting as the hosts explained the history of the tea and all the regions where it originates from. Would definitely recommend to attend!
