It was interesting to take part in my first art class as an adult, very first one online. It was lovely and relaxing drawing together. Thank you.

China was really inclusive and made me feel very welcome. It was really nice to be part of a fun and friendly group. I used to enjoy drawing but haven’t done it in such a long time so this was such a fun way to encourage myself to pick up my pencils again. I’m looking forward to continuing and hopefully getting better at drawing again.

My kit arrived quickly through the post and the session was really enjoyable. China kept us on track with the drawing and the group chatted easily throughout. It was easy to join the class (via Zoom link) too. I will definitely be signing up for more sessions!

The class had a lovely atmosphere, with friendly people and a kind teacher. While the session was enjoyable, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance or teaching tips to help enhance the learning experience. There was a brief mention of pencil techniques, such as using them for lining things up, which was helpful, but I would have loved more in-depth instruction to build my confidence. It wasn’t always clear whether we should follow the teacher or the reference drawing, and it might have been helpful to hear others share their progress or challenges to create a more collaborative environment. I did find it a bit rushed toward the end, which made it hard to finish my work without feeling stressed. That said, the class has motivated me to keep practicing, and I’m looking forward to giving it another try. It was a good experience overall, but perhaps not quite what I had expected.
