Join me for a craft session full of colour, pattern, and texture as you learn the art of mosaic.
In this half day/4h session you will learn the basics of the direct mosaic method - process when tiles are applied directly on your base.
I will show you how to plan your layout, safely cut and arrange your tiles/tesserae, and finally, how to grout your completed mosaic piece.
This workshop is designed for complete beginners, but if you have a bit of experience, you are very welcome to join and experiment with your ideas too.
All materials are provided and if you don’t fancy to BYOB we have complimentary tea and biscuits in the studio.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind mosaic to take home and the skills to continue exploring this fun and engaging art form.
