Learn how to create your very own custom rug at this tufting workshop at Laoxa in Walthamstow. In this hands-on session, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of making a unique rug from a design of your choice.
Create your own custom tufted rug (up to approximately 50cm, depending on your design and shape). Each piece is individually crafted and fully guided throughout the session, allowing you to explore your creativity while producing a substantial, high-quality finished piece.
Before the workshop, you simply send your chosen design to the studio so everything can be prepared for you on the day.
During the session, you’ll learn how to operate a tufting gun, work with your selected colours, and professionally finish your rug so it’s ready to take home.
