Join me for a hands-on gluten-free bread baking workshop and learn all about the art of creating delicious loaves from scratch. This activity is a brilliant opportunity for beginners and experienced bakers alike to learn new ideas in a small, friendly group setting.
Together in this class, we’ll explore both naturally leavened sourdough and classic yeasted breads. You will learn how to achieve a wonderful texture, flavour, and rise without any gluten. With places limited to four people, I can ensure I answer all the questions you might have. During our time together, we’ll also prepare and enjoy a fresh, gluten-free lunch.
You will leave this workshop feeling inspired, with new skills, recipes, and some of my sourdough starter to take home. My goal is for you to gain the confidence to bake your own nourishing and delicious breads whenever you wish.
Please note: While all the equipment used during the workshop is dedicated gluten-free, the class takes place in a mixed kitchen. The oven will be fully cleaned before use.
