“This oil painting class takes place in a really lovely, calming studio space—it felt like the perfect environment to slow down and get creative. We each got to work on our own painting, which we could take home at the end or give as a gift. Ian, the teacher, is clearly very experienced and passionate about oil painting. He gave us helpful guidance but also encouraged us to explore our own ideas and style. I learned a lot about how colors work together, and the whole process felt both relaxing and fun—especially if you go with a friend or a group. All the materials were provided, and considering that you leave with a finished painting, I thought it was great value. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a creative day out or a unique gift idea.”
