Learn the relaxing craft of punch needle embroidery in this private, beginner-friendly workshop in Kingston-upon-Thames. In just 2 hours, you'll create your own unique textile design in a 15 cm hoop, perfect for displaying at home.
This is a wonderful activity to unwind and get creative. You'll get to choose your own palette from a wide selection of over 45 yarn colours and plan a simple design to bring to life.
**With dedicated one-on-one guidance, you will learn how to:**
- Use a punch needle with confidence and control
- Maintain the right tension in your hoop and stitches
- Build beautiful texture with different punching techniques
- Prepare your finished piece for display
All materials are provided for the workshop, including a hoop with pre-stretched monk’s cloth and the use of all necessary tools. Your piece will likely be finished within the session, but please don't worry about the time – if needed, I can apply the finishing glue for you afterwards to ensure your artwork is secure and ready to hang.
