Great class, covering learning a number of stitches then creating a design to put them into practice with lots of material to help with inspiration if needed. Instructions were clear and the small class size meant advice and suggestions were available to everyone.

Loved this class. I learnt a lot of new skills in a relaxing environment. I struggled and the teacher kindly helped. The small group really helped. I liked how creativity and uniqueness was always encouraged.

Alison was excellent - after doing the miniature landscape class last year this one was focused on learning stitches and we made a sampler with different techniques and then started our own projects by designing, outlining, and selecting threads. It was so mindful and nice to meet other craft enthusiasts.

I really enjoyed my time at the botanical embroidery class. The plan for the day was well thought out,the teacher took her time to make sure we were all equipped with the knowledge we needed and I appreciated being able to take home my stitch work in a hoop and some thread to continue. Highly recommended

Really enjoyable class. We learned a good number of embroidery stitches and had the time to plan and make good progress with individual projects. There were lots of inspiring examples and books to help with project ideas. Ali was a great instructor, she explained everything really clearly and kept us well supplied with tea/coffee and snacks.
