Create a beautiful tribute in glass at this special poppy-themed fused glass workshop in Solihull.
In this memorable two-hour activity, you will be guided in creating your own unique poppy design. You can choose to make a stunning suncatcher, a delicate tea light cover, a diffuser, or a plaque that you can later frame at home.
This class is a wonderful, supervised introduction to fused glass. You will learn how to bring your poppy design to life using frit (small pieces of glass) and murrini. If you feel a bit more adventurous, you can also have a go at cutting glass under expert supervision. This makes the workshop perfect for everyone, regardless of previous experience.
Once you have finished your design, your piece will be fired in a kiln. It will be ready for you to collect within a fortnight of the session, or it can be posted to you for an additional cost.
