Learn how to create a beautiful silver piece of jewellery using a saw piercing technique!
Working with a sheet of sterling silver, we will learn how to cut and shape the metal, add textures and stamped shapes, and add either ear posts or hooks, or a loop and a chain. You'll walk away with gorgeous silver earrings or a pendant, ready to wear or gift to a lucky friend!
The class lasts for 3 hours and is perfect for a beginner; no experience is necessary. I'll be on hand to guide you through the process with lots of demos and plenty of time to ask questions.
I will have some templates and shapes printed out to help you come up with designs, and you will be able to do studs or drop earrings. There is a maximum of 6 people per class, so there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions. All tools and materials are provided; you just need to turn up ready to make!
