In this unique workshop, you will learn how to create a personalised self-care calendar to take home and support you through the final weeks of 2025, and set you up for the new year.

If you’ve been curious about creative coaching but don’t know where to start, fear not! Our warm and uplifting class is the perfect introduction for beginners. You will be guided through the process step by step in a supportive group setting.

I have been a teacher for over six years and studying psychology for even longer! I have experience coaching people in a 1:1 setting and conducting creative workshops, so I’m excited to bring these activities together!

- The workshop commences with a group coaching session aimed at helping you explore your emotions about the upcoming festive period and discover strategies to help you not just survive, but thrive during this time.
- Crafting your bespoke self-care calendar will involve using materials and techniques to bring out your creativity and reflect on the self-care activities that resonate with you, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
- As you make your self-care calendar, you will have the option to have some 1:1 coaching time to talk through anything that might be on your mind, or to discuss other wellbeing strategies you'd like to try.

By the end of the class, you’ll not only have a beautiful self-care calendar to take home, but also a renewed sense of self-awareness and the beginnings of a personal wellbeing toolkit.

Lovely session. Very good fun but also time and space to reflect and be mindful. You can tell the teacher knows her stuff and is also very good at stopping you being too critical of your own “art efforts”. I came away feeling very refreshed.

Dolores led us through really simple yet impactful wellbeing exercises. Also, the self care carelendars were so much fun to make and will continue positively impacting me for weeks to come, which I’m very excited about. I couldn’t recommend Dolores enough!
