This is a fun activity in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucester

Whether you're looking to cut down on single-use plastics or just want an easy, sustainable craft to brighten your day, this beeswax wrap workshop is a brilliant way to get your creative fix while making something useful.

Beeswax wraps will keep your food fresh the same way as clingfilm. However, unlike clingfilm and other kinds of plastic wrapping, beeswax wraps are reusable. This makes beeswax wraps much better for the environment than their single-use plastic counterparts. Using a set of beeswax wraps in your home (rather than buying multiple plastic alternatives) also ends up being better for your purse.

Learning to make your own food wraps is a really helpful step to becoming more eco-friendly in your daily life. Led by local crafters in a gorgeous studio marquee in the Cotswolds, this class will show you how easy it is to make this simple swap to reduce your eco-footprint.

Not only are beeswax wraps great for the environment, but they're also lovely to look at. An assortment of beautiful (and largely recycled!) fabrics will be provided as a base for your wraps, but you're welcome to bring your own: cotton works best!

Whether you're joining in solo or bringing a friend or two, these useful little wraps will also make brilliant, unique gifts for the eco-conscious soul in your life.

A fabulous couple of hours. We could make as many wraps as we liked in the time. Coffee and cake was lovely, then came out the fizz!! Melinda and team were smashing. Definitely recommend this workshop.
