We arrived somewhat late to our class but the teachers were very accommodating with this and we were able to finish our projects with a bit of help!

Went with my sister-in-law. We both had an idea of wanting to make flower and leaf earrings so came with photos for inspiration. Not what we had hoped for. Instructor Holly was nice, but one of the others (Ella) was cold and made us feel quite like an inconvenience. Other people were there and we felt they were getting a lot more support and advice. When we called an instructor over for help it was minimal then they walked away again. The description said “Includes a beautiful gift package” - if by that you mean a paper bag with some packing straw… then sure… Did not feel like it was worth the price. Overall really disappointed with the whole experience - won’t be coming here again.

I had a great time at this workshop. I went for a early slot, which was a lot quieter and I could get a lot of help and feedback from the teacher. The studio is well stocked with different glass colours. There was ac and the setup was comfortable. There are a lot of inspirational examples to choose from. The teacher outlined which ones can be done in 1, 2 or 3 hours. They operate on a rolling schedule instead of having set class times, it seems. I had a longer session and during that time multiple groups started after me. I'll be coming back and recommended the workshop to friends!

We had the best time celebrating my sister birthday. Our instructor Meg was very knowledgeable and patient with us (absolute novice). We were absolutely delighted with the glass flower creation. I would highly recommend

Teacher is very friendly and helpful. It’s our first time to make glass flowers, but we can get the skills easily! The results are amazing

We had a really nice experience trying lampwork glassmaking at FirePetal. The studio was well prepared for the heat wave and had portable air conditioning so it was an enjoyable experience. The glassmaking part was harder than expected. We booked a taster class of 1 hour and were able to make a very simple flower following the instructions. Next time I'll probably try a longer class to get the hang of working with glass. Nevertheless, the finished product was very nice and pretty and the teacher helped us getting a shorter stem and sturdy connections between the different pieces. To sum up, it is a great experience for a taster class and makes me want to do it again.
