“I booked this pottery experience as a surprise date night for my wife, and unfortunately, what was meant to be a fun and memorable evening turned into a very uncomfortable experience for both of us. The person running the class made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable, particularly when he was showing her how to do something and, without asking for her permission, physically grabbed and guided her hand. I found this behaviour very unprofessional, inappropriate and disrespectful, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special experience for us. My wife was visibly uncomfortable and upset afterwards, and I am extremely frustrated that this happened. I paid £78 for the experience and, given what occurred, I am very dissatisfied with the service we received. I would expect this matter to be taken seriously and would like an appropriate response and resolution.”

“Our teacher was great! I made a variety of pots and had lots of fun. The entire process was therapeutic from making the pots and yes cleaning the equipment too. One thing that would have been nice is if one pot was included in the price to take home, with the option to pay extra for any additional pots.”
