During this three-and-a-half-hour workshop, you'll learn how to work with both fresh and dried yeast, giving you the confidence to recreate these recipes in your own kitchen. You'll get hands-on with every stage of the process, including:
- Bread ingredients – Understand the role of each component in your dough.
- Mixing and kneading – Master the techniques for developing structure.
- Rising and knocking back – Learn the importance of patience and timing.
- Shaping and proving – Create beautiful forms ready for the oven.

You'll make a seasonal herb focaccia, frosted cinnamon buns, and a choice of flatbreads or soda bread.
