In this workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare and cook a variety of Scottish mushrooms in ways that are flavour-packed, satisfying, and genuinely impressive.
This class is designed to change how you think about mushrooms. Whether you already love them or think they’re not for you, Christopher will share practical techniques, clever pairings, and approachable recipes that you can take home and use again and again.
