Join this children's bundle dyeing workshop in London, a playful and beginner-friendly environment where kids, family and friends will have the best time creating cotton bandanas using flowers, leaves, seeds, and other botanicals. You'll learn the art of bundle dyeing in an atmosphere designed to be gentle, safe and very enjoyable for everyone.
During this relaxed and sustainable workshop, you'll be guided on how to select natural materials and explore different techniques to create unique and unexpected patterns. Working with vibrant dyes and eco-friendly materials, you'll see stunning results as you engage in a process that's both soothing and meditative. It's a lovely way to unwind and enjoy some quality time together while getting hands-on with nature.
In this class, you'll:
- Select your botanicals: Choose from a variety of fresh and dried flowers, leaves, and seeds to create your palette.
- Master bundle dyeing: Learn the specific techniques required to transfer natural pigments onto petterned fabric.
- Explore how to fold and tie your bandana for different visual effects.
