The class was below par considering what we paid. The teacher was difficult to understand and didn't explain to us properly the different steps of making sushi such as how to make the rice and how to cut the vegetables, how much to add so you dont overfill the nori etc. At the start of the class they had a presentation of what we were going to learn which they pretty much just skipped through so I dont understand the point of having that. We had plenty of vegetables to use but, they didnt provide enough salmon and tuna for everyone to have a decent amount which was disappointing. We did enjoy the class somewhat but it definitely does not feel worth the price you pay.
