During this hands-on session, you'll explore high-quality ingredients and learn the secrets behind creating luxurious confectionery.
During the class, you'll:
- Create your own customised Viral Dubai combo – Choose between gluten-free or standard options, with the freedom to add extra pistachios, more crunch, or a softer finish using unique flavours like rose, cardamom, vanilla, or orange.
- Decorate your creations – Hand-dip and design your chocolates once the fillings have set, and add toppings like chocolate flakes, sea salt flakes, or pastry.
- Gain an appreciation for the craft – Learn about the skill and effort that goes into artisan chocolate making, giving you a wonderful insight into the artistry behind every bar.
This eye-opening experience will give you a newfound confidence in the kitchen and a great sense of creative satisfaction. At the end of the workshop, you'll take home a beautiful box of your own handmade creations, usually amounting to 12–15 chocolates.
