Get creative with clay together in this family-friendly pottery workshop at our modern, airy studio in London's Design District by the O2. You and your little one will hand-build your creations side by side – whether that's pinch pots, trinket dishes, small bowls, or animal sculptures – guided by an experienced instructor who'll show you different techniques and help you bring your ideas to life. It's a relaxed session where exploration and play are absolutely welcome, with expert support on hand whenever you need it.
Once you've finished making, you'll give your creations a blast with the dryers, then move on to the fun bit – painting them to bring them to life with colour and personality. There's something truly special about watching your child's face light up as their clay creation transforms into a finished, painted piece they've made themselves. You'll work collaboratively to plan projects, discuss ideas, and see them come together – creating something tangible you can both be proud of.
You'll leave with painted pottery you've made together and, more importantly, lasting memories of an afternoon spent creating, laughing, and connecting without screens or distractions. It's a wonderful way to spend time as a family, exploring creativity at your own pace in a warm, welcoming space.
Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The workshop is suitable for ages 5 and above. If you'd like to make your own creation alongside your child, you'll need to book a separate space for yourself.
