“Very good class & teacher was great but I’m not putting a 5 star because the place was very hard to found the postcode given took us to an building estate ( I almost thought we got scam)it could have been easier to just say token studio(near by). It’s TOKEN STUDIO. Communication was bad as number provided wasn’t answering we looked for the place for 30 min then come across some reviews with same complaints but still no address. After some detective work we finally found the place came late teacher seems annoyed at 1st and told us we had the right address which we DIDN’T but we wanted to have fun and put that bad starting energy behind us and had fun! I recommend it and would do it again as I really enjoyed it. TOKEN STUDIO TOKEN STUDIO!!”

“The postcode we were given on booking was wrong & took us to the middle of a housing area. Tried to call the teacher & text with no response. After a bit of googling we found where we needed to go. There was alot of people for just one teacher so what was a 1.5hr course turned out to be 3hrs with alot of hanging about waiting. Perhaps 2 teachers for the amount of attendees or less attendees for the 1 teacher. Unfortunately my friends lipstick didn't work but we think this was due to the scales keep changing, so wouldn't have been accurate, even tho she measured everything to the point. That being said, our teacher was lovely and told is step by step what to do. The colours we made were lovely and it was certainly interesting to learn how lipsticks are made. I especially loved putting a fragrance in the lipstick.”
