Come and taste your way through a crowd-pleasing selection of handmade Dim Sum and enjoy a variety of flavours and textures as you indulge your senses. Your Dim Sum are made and cooked in front of you. You can watch your chef tutors' skills and learn the history behind them.
This is a tasting session. You don't need to cook.
Your friendly Dim Sum expert will lovingly cook each morsel in front of you, whilst guiding you on all the different flavours and backgrounds of each Dim Sum creation. All the while, you will savour each bite as you soak up all the wonderful knowledge and history of Dim Sum.
During this tasting session, you will get to taste:
- Handmade Pan Fried Dumplings (JiaoZi/Gyoza).
- Handmade Steamed Bao Zi (Bao Bun).
- Handmade Pan-Fried Buns (The one with broth inside).
- Handmade Steamed Prawn Dumplings (The transparent pastry ones).
- Handmade Steamed SiuMai.
- Handmade Spring Rolls.
- You will also enjoy complimentary pickles and dippings made by the owner couples and carefully selected and brewed Chinese tea to go along with the session.
- Watching us prepare everything at the front of you, while enjoy listening to the story behind each type of DimSum.
After this flavourful adventure, you'll head home full to the brim of newfound culinary knowledge and of course, Dim Sum!
Small classes and spacious shop with air conditioner, more often get private class if booking on weekdays.
Please note:
- For a public class, this is a fixed menu with classic fillings, pork and seafood. There are no options for different diets due to the knowledge/history behind them.
- For special diet, please select Private Class in Add-on. In that way, we can tailor the ingredients for you.
- Gluten, Crustaceans, Nuts, Eggs, Milk, Peanuts and Soya can all be used in different Dim Sum. No alternatives as it is a fixed menu.

Add-On
- If you would like to relax during the class, why not add some drinks at the same time? We have a wide selection of cocktails, both with alcohol or non-alcohol versions, bubble tea drinks, sake and classic tea to choose from. You can enjoy the drinks as well as learn the history behind them. Select them in the Add-On.
- Festival Special Drinks featuring warm drinks, Butterbeer, Christmas Special Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate with Rum.
Important Notes
- Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket in order to stay in the class, regardless whether participants in the class or just taking photos.
- The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
- Please do not bring any outside food or beverages.
- This is an adult-only class (18+). For safety reasons, the class is not suitable for pregnant women.
- We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
- If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
- If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (18+). If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
- The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.
