“Hannah Jay was very patient and gave easy to follow instruction and gave visual guidance on the video call. I am a complete novice so we ran through the basics of the machine, maintenance and getting started loading a bobbin and threading the machine. Hannah Jay gave tips along the way and then we practiced some basic sewing. I had asked for help with a tote bag, which we ran through together with just a small part for me to finish. Really enjoyed the hour and looking forward to exploring on my machine. Thank you”
