If you've ever wondered exactly how chocolate is made, this chocolate making masterclass has the answer! Whether you're giving your team an unusual treat or looking for unique gifts for the chocolate lover in your life, you'll experience the full journey from cacao bean to finished bar.
Beginning with an introductory tasting where you and your fellow guests will sample single-origin chocolates with fascinating notes and facts from your resident chocolatier, you'll then move on to the main event: crafting your own chocolate bar from raw cacao nibs.
While the process involves a lot of hand grinding using a hot pestle and mortar, you'll see that the results are truly worth it as you each create your own bar of premium chocolate to take home with you. You'll also be rewarded with a chocolate fondue feast, complete with prosecco to enjoy — it's the perfect opportunity to chill out and socialise after this one-of-a-kind experience!
Please note:
- We have a minimum charge of £165 for each class. If the size of your group doesn't meet this minimum, we'll add a surcharge to your invoice to make up the difference.
- Our best times for requests are, Friday and Saturday from 10am-1pm.
- Session times may vary depending on the size of the class. You're also welcome to stay awhile after the class concludes to finish your food and drinks.
