You'll create your own batch of delicious chocolate truffles from start to finish, with guidance throughout. You'll make a smooth chocolate ganache, explore our collection of flavours and aromas, and choose two flavours to make your truffles your own.
You'll then fill your chocolate shells before learning about tempering chocolate and finishing your creations with different coatings and decorations.
During your workshop you'll:

Fill 12 Belgian chocolate truffles
Learn about tempering chocolate
Coat and decorate your truffles
Package all 12 ready to take home
No previous chocolate-making experience is needed. This is a relaxed and sociable workshop designed for complete beginners, whether you're coming with friends, spending time together as a family, celebrating something special or simply fancy learning a new skill.
You'll leave with 12 handmade truffles — although we can't promise they'll all make it home!
