Come along to this one day beginners throwing masterclass in Altrincham and enjoy a hands-on introduction to wheel thrown ceramics. This class is perfect for anyone keen to try pottery for the first time or build confidence at the wheel.
Your experienced tutor will guide you through every stage, from preparing the clay and centring on the wheel to opening your pots and pulling up the walls. You'll also learn how a range of pottery forms are made, with plenty of time to practise and create your own pieces.
With a maximum of just 3 students per masterclass, you'll benefit from plenty of one-to-one tuition in a friendly and supportive setting.
Your work will be dried, bisque fired dip-glazed and glost fired after the session and will be ready to collect 3 weeks later during out term-time collection times.
