“The class was good and started ontime, however some people arrived late which seemed to throw the instructor a bit.
While the instructor was a fantastic cook and was very personable, it appeared that he was new as he didn't seem to know the course structure particularly well or provide sufficient guidance on 'next steps' along the way.
We also felt that the layout of ingredients needed work as there only seemed to be enough knives or piping bags for 2-3 people - even though the class had 7.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience - but expected a slightly higher level of tuition.”
