“Really enjoyed this class! Francois showed us 3 different types of pastry and a brioche. He is very knowledgeable and its great that he is able to pass this on to others. I was given a voucher for my birthday which included my kids but you would also enjoy this class even if you were on your own as Francois likes to include each person in his lesson. As he explains - this is a "hands off" class which enables him to show the processes from start to finish. Each person receives a sample of goodies to take home.”
