Forged a Knife, Found Inner Peace (and Maybe a New Hobby)
I signed up for this knife-making class thinking I’d make a simple kitchen knife. You know, something to cut onions without crying (too much). What I didn’t expect was to emerge three hours later feeling like I’d just forged Excalibur, bonded with a hunk of steel, and possibly joined a secret brotherhood of fire-loving artisans
