“Found the instructor to be very counter-productive. We ran out of clay because he was distracted doing other tasks, and he attempted to derail my technique cultivated over many years. The wheels at Diana ceramics do not accommodate left-handed people. Working on a right-handed wheel makes it much more challenging, but it means that when you do get access to a left-handed wheel, your technique is very fine tuned. The only time that this instructor paid any attention to me at all was to tell me to do it the exact opposite way I’ve been doing it for nearly a decade.”
