“Overall was good however the experience could have been better if the class was introduced to each other at the start of the session. Needed a little bit of time to taste the cheese platter and for the wine, it was too rushed and could not drink or eat once the class started. We finished about 20 minutes earlier that expected so this time could have been used at the start of the session. The information was good just felt that it was rushed..”

The cheese platters and drinks were great and the amount of time was perfect. We were able to make as many pieces as we liked. Would happily do it again.
