“Our teacher, Elgan, was really good. A lot of information to try and process very quickly at the start but he did a very good job at going around to everyone and coaching us through the process of essentially, crafting nothing into something, which is a very beautiful experience if you've never done so with clay before.
The ability to pick up on when someone was struggling as well is a really good one for the teaching experience, and I'm very appreciative and grateful for that.
When someone's struggling and you're in tune, you know to go over there and help, and I could see that.
I went with my wife and it was a very beautiful experience. I didn't expect how passionate and loving the process of working with clay was. I've never done so before and just sort of closing your eyes and feeling the clay was amazing.
I imagine this can be a very beautiful hobby, especially for those that can comfortably lose themselves in that void of just you and the clay being one.
I definitely want to work with clay again after this experience and I'm very grateful that we went.
A lot of experiences can be heavily influenced by the human being teaching them, and Elgan did a fantastic job.
The offer to take a photo of my wife and I was much appreciated as well. Legend snapped like 10 in a row as well, one of the hidden arts to photography lol
