“The class assumes you are a complete beginner, and most people are. The teacher went through all the steps to design your bouquet, and provided interesting commentary throughout. She also told us some fun stories about her experience in the industry.
Tea was served on arrival, and champagne was served once we went through the messy part of the work.
We had also ordered a high tea, which was very generous in size (8 small cakes plus strawberries), could comfortably be shared between 4 people if you come as a group. I thought it was very good value.

“Second time back and it was just as good, if not better than the first. It was such a nice way to spend a Saturday morning with mum and my sister. Jem’s jokes were just as funny the second time and the tips were useful for making my own bouquets at home with flowers from the garden. Highly recommend. I’ll be back many more times!”
