“This was gifted to me for a fun Arty experience. The teacher was very keen to attend to every question or request. The venue is in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Caville Avenue being an Irish bar and restaurant which worked well for a meal and happy hour drinks after the session. It was a great way to spend the day”
“Not very organised, felt very low budgeted in a stinky pub. Teacher left half way due to boyfriend having an accident, which is fine but felt like we could have just bought your own clay and played with clay it yourself. Arrived teacher did not introduce herself, I thought she was a friend of a friend doing the clay class. There was a red rooster table mat with reused blue wash cloth that looked old and haggard and a chunk of clay on the table. Definitely not worth the money.”
“Perfect when you want to try something different. Teachers were great, encouraging giving ideas and techniques. Overall a great night for all ages- definitely invest in an apron and bring it along!”
“We had a lovely night at Clay & Sip. The venue was great and the food good. Staff and instructor were most welcoming and the group was a perfect size. Resources were well set out and generous. It was a very positive event at a bust time of year- perfect to relax and get in touch with our creative side. Really showed we all have talent!!!!”
